Anna Valentine is a chef, recipe creator, cookbook author, food photographer, forager, plant medicine maker, mother and passionate plant-based foodie! She is a master at creating delicious plant-based recipes suited for any dietary requirements.
"I'm excited to share a few of the recipes I make on the regular for my family. I am really conscious as a long term vegetarian about the importance and nutrition in whole foods and how many plant-based alternatives are full of suspect ingredients which you (and I) do not want on our plates. Being able to make my own alternatives is empowering and cuts down on plastic waste and costs, plus they also taste great! I will be showing and sharing how to make your own plant meat alternatives from scratch including smoky substitutes. A versatile plant cheese along with making your own plant milk which we will turn into the cheese. I'll also be showing you how to make my favourite winter slaw with homemade mayo and tamari salad seeds and we'll assemble them to devour in the best gluten free buns you'll ever eat!
